Q. What will a Radiance Heated Towel Rail cost to run?
This obviously depends on the electricity tariff and how long the towel rail is run. However in most places in Australia you would not expect to pay more than 4 - 8 cents a day for several hours of operation for an average size rail.
Q. Which side does the cable come from?
All Radiance Heated Towel Rails can be ordered with the cable coming from the bottom Left or bottom Right hand side. Once you have ordered the product via PayPal simply and tell us which side you want it coming from.
Q. How are Radiance Heated Towel Rails constructed?
All our heated towel rails are made from solid stainless steel
and are not chrome plated.
Q. How Radiance Heated Towel Rail connected?
There are several ways to connect a Radiance Heated Towel Rail.
1) All of our rails include a concealed wiring adaptor. This
enables you to connect your towel rail with no visible wires.
2)
All of our rails can be fitted with a plug and simply be plugged
into a power point.
3) Using our 24 hour timer you can set up
your towel rail so that you never have to switch it on and off
again.
Q. Are Radiance Heated Towel Rails Electric or Liquid
filled?
A. All our towel rails are electric. This enables neater cleaner
finish with no exposed value to release any liquid. It also
enable a much quicker heat up time that liquid filled units.
Q. How long will my towel rail take to heat up?
A. In only a matter of minutes your towel rail will be warm. It
will reach optimum heat with in 5-10 minutes.
Q. What is the Warranty?
A. All our towel rails come with a 5 year warranty.
Q. Will my towel rail heat my bathroom?
A. Although some background heating with be achieved Radiance
Heated Towel rails are not designed to be room heaters.
Q. How long does it take to deliver?
A. You will have your towel rail within 3-4 working days. It may
take a little longer if you are in a remote location.
Q. Can a Radiance Heated Towel be put on a timer?
A. We recommend our 24 hour timer. The 24 hour timer will simply
turn the towel rail on and off at the designated time each day.
Q. How is a Radiance Heated Towel Rail installed?
Installation instructions are included in the package. An
electrician will need to install the towel rail.
